What makes a good interview copilot
Three things separate a real copilot from a chatbot in a second tab: speed (the answer must start while the question is still hanging in the air, not after you've alt-tabbed and typed), grounding (it should argue from your resume and the actual job description), and privacy (a second window full of your own notes is a liability the moment you're asked to share your screen). Copilot for the call, coach before it
The same setup doubles as a practice tool: rehearse against realistic questions with AI mock interview practice, tighten your stories with the STAR method, and review the most common interview questions. Then on the real day, launch the copilot on the machine you take the call on — it works the same on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Afterwards, your dashboard has the transcript PDF and, when you ask for one, a written feedback report with strengths, things to work on, and a tip for each key question.
Set up the copilot in five minutes
- Create a session in your dashboard and add your resume and the job description. Notes are optional.
- Download the desktop app for Windows 11 or macOS 13 or later, and install it.
- Launch the session from your dashboard. Interview Fury opens beside your call app.
- Join your call as usual. When a question is finished, press Ctrl+Enter and the answer streams in.
- For a question on screen, press Ctrl+Shift+1 to capture it, then Ctrl+Shift+Enter to ask about it.

Where a copilot helps, and where it can't
A copilot is at its best when the question is clear and the answer rests on facts you know: your projects, the role, the technology. It is at its weakest when you don't understand the answer it shows, because the next question is usually "why?".
Interview Fury's limits, plainly:
- English-language calls only.
- A computer is required: Windows 11 or macOS 13 or later. There is no phone app.
- It has to hear the question. It listens to your computer's audio, so phone calls and in-person interviews are out of reach.
- You still give the answer. It shows text on your screen; read it word for word and it will sound read.

Claude Sonnet 5.5 by default. You can pick a different model for each session in its setup, such as Claude Opus 5.5 for the most capable answers or Claude Haiku 5.5 for speed; some free sessions can't use Opus 5.5. Answers are written in English.
Does it work for technical interviews?+
