We want you to feel calmer walking into your interview. If a paid session does not deliver what we promised, we will make it right.
Try free first
Every account gets a free 15-minute trial session — no card required. We strongly recommend using it to confirm the overlay works on your setup before buying a paid session.
Money-back guarantee
If a paid session fails to work as described — for example, the overlay would not launch, or answers did not stream during your interview — contact us within 7 days of the purchase and we will refund that session.
How to request a refund
- Email support@interviewfury.com from the address on your account.
- Tell us the date of the session and what went wrong.
- We aim to respond within hours and process approved refunds to your original payment method via Razorpay.
What is not covered
We cannot refund a session that worked as described — for example, dissatisfaction with the interview outcome itself, or a setup issue we flagged in advance (such as not wearing headphones). Trial sessions are free and therefore not refundable.
