Your company’s know-how, on your team’s calls.
Fury AI is a desktop app for the person taking the call. It listens, and when the other side asks a question, a suggested answer appears on their screen, written from your product notes, pricing and playbooks, under your company’s name. It never speaks, and no bot joins the call. Managers can follow any call live from their own laptop.
A sales call as it happens. Screen 1: a manager types a hint on their own laptop. Screen 2: it appears in the salesperson’s AI window, which carries your company’s name (“Acme AI”) and shows a real AI answer written from sample product notes. The customer sees neither.
Who sees what on a call.
Three people, three screens. Only your teammate sees the answers.
The person taking the call
Joins the call as usual on their own computer. The Fury AI window sits on their screen: the question it heard, then a suggested answer written from your notes.
A manager (optional)
On their own laptop or phone, a manager can follow the conversation as text, listen in and type hints that appear on the caller’s screen. They never join the call.
The other side of the call
Your customer or client sees and hears only your teammate. No bot joins, Fury AI never speaks, and its window is built to stay out of screen share.
Built for calls where AI help is allowed
Check your company’s policy and the rules of each call. Where the law or your policy requires it, tell people that AI transcribes the call, and that a manager may be listening. Never use it in exams or anywhere outside help is forbidden.
One assistant. Every team that takes calls.
Before a call, a manager pastes in that team’s notes. When a question comes up, Fury AI suggests an answer from them. Pick a team:
Sample notes for a made-up product, not our prices. The answers are real AI answers written from them; “Acme AI” stands in for your own name for the AI.
Set up once. Then every call is three steps.
Setup happens once, before your first call. Steps 1 to 3 repeat for every call.
We set up your account
Send us your company name and logo, and choose a name for the AI (say, “Acme AI”). We create your account and a private sign-in link for your managers, usually the same day.
Once, before your first call
- 1
A manager prepares the call
They sign in, paste the notes this call needs (product sheet, pricing, the customer’s brief) and start a session: one call’s worth of Fury AI. Then they send its link to whoever takes the call.
Every call
- 2
Your teammate takes the call
They open the link in the Fury AI desktop app and join the call as usual. When a question comes, one key press shows a suggested answer on their screen. A manager can follow along and send hints.
Every call
- 3
Review, then the next call
The whole call is saved as a PDF transcript for your review. We open the next session on your subscription: send us your call schedule and it’s ready in time.
Every call
What your team needs.
Nothing to buy for the people taking calls. These are the only requirements, and the limits worth knowing.
A Windows 11 PC or a Mac
For each person taking calls: Windows 11, or macOS 13 or later. They install the free Fury AI desktop app once, and need no account.
Calls on that computer
Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Slack, WhatsApp desktop or a call in the browser: anything that plays through the computer. Not in-person or phone-only calls.
English-language calls
Live transcription is tuned for Indian English, and answers are written in English. Other languages aren’t supported.
Notes for each call
Product details, pricing, the customer’s brief or the agenda, pasted in by a manager when they set up the call. The answers are written from them.
One live call at a time
Your account runs one live call at a time: as many calls as you need, one after another. Several people on calls at once? We plan that with you.
A manager’s laptop or phone (optional)
Only for coaching live: any device signed in to your company account.
Not sure it fits your calls? Ask us, and we’ll tell you straight.
Run it under your own name.
White-label means your people see your company’s name and logo instead of ours: on the sign-in page, the dashboard and the answer window.
Your brand up front
Your name and logo on the sign-in page and dashboard, and your own name for the AI in the window your team sees.
No sign-ups for your team
Your company holds one account. The people taking calls don’t sign up or pay: a manager sends them a link for each call.
Your own web address (optional)
Run your sign-in page and dashboard at an address like calls.yourcompany.com. Your IT person adds one DNS record; we handle the security certificate. None of our marketing pages or trackers appear there.
Managers coach live
A manager on their own laptop or phone follows the conversation, listens in and types hints into your teammate’s window, without joining the call.
As many calls as you need
One subscription covers call after call, one live call at a time, with nothing extra to pay per call.
Stays off your shared screen
Like presenter notes: the window is built to stay out of screen share, so your teammate sees the answers and the customer sees what is shared. It warns them if that protection is off.
See it with your name on it.
Type your company’s name to preview the sign-in screen your managers see and the top of the answer window your team sees, with your name on both instead of ours:
The AI’s name is yours to choose; we show “Acme AI” as an example. The desktop installer and account emails still carry our name.
Every call leaves you something.
A transcript PDF per call
Who said what, question by question: the call review your managers were writing by hand.
A usage report on request
Prepared by us from your account: how many sessions ran and when, so you always know what the subscription delivered.
A branded portal that stays
Your link and login persist from one month to the next: no re-onboarding.
Your team’s data
Security reviews ask this first, so here it is plainly:
- We never train AI models on your calls, and never sell data.
- Deleting a session erases its transcript and notes — it doesn’t just hide them.
- We open a call’s content only to fix a fault you report, settle a payment dispute or look into suspected abuse, and every such opening is logged.
- Everything travels encrypted over HTTPS. Where our security has limits, we say so on our Trust & Security page.
How pricing works
One subscription for your whole company, quoted from your team’s size and how many calls you take; it isn’t a fee per person or per call. It covers as many calls as you need, one live call at a time. There’s no card checkout: we agree it with you directly.
- Tell us your team size and roughly how many calls a week
- We send a quote the same day
- Your branded account is live within hours of your go-ahead
Team questions, answered.
Tell us about your team. We’ll send a quote today.
Or ask for a 15-minute demo in the same form: we’ll run a live call with you, so you can watch the answers appear before you decide anything.
