The service

Interview Fury is an AI assistant that transcribes a live video interview, reads your screen when you ask, and shows you suggested answers on Fury AI, a desktop app. It is a tool to support your own preparation and performance — the words you speak are yours.

Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Interview Fury.
• You are responsible for keeping your login and session links private. A session link grants access to that session.
• One account is for one person. Do not share credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Interview Fury lawfully and to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any interview, employer, exam, or platform you participate in. Some organisations prohibit outside assistance; it is your responsibility to know and respect those rules.

Recording, transcription and consent

To do its job, Interview Fury captures the audio playing on your computer — which includes your interviewer's voice — and converts it to text. In plain terms: using this product means you are recording and transcribing your interview. Please read this section carefully, because the law on that varies by where you and the other people on the call are.

• You may not use Interview Fury to record, transcribe, monitor, process or otherwise capture any conversation, meeting, call or interview without first obtaining every notice, disclosure and consent required by law, or by any employer, institution, platform or other person involved in that interaction.
• Where notice, disclosure or consent is required before a conversation is recorded, transcribed or assisted by AI, obtaining it is your sole responsibility — not ours.
• Many places allow you to record a conversation you are part of. Others require everyone on the call to agree first — including California, Illinois, Washington, Florida, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Maryland, and much of the EU and UK. Recording without that agreement can be a criminal offence as well as grounds for a civil claim.
• In practice, where all-party consent applies, asking something like "do you mind if I record this for my own notes?" before you begin is usually enough. The consent that is required concerns the recording itself, so you do not have to disclose that you use Interview Fury in order to obtain it.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Interview Fury complies with every law that applies to you, including laws governing recording, wiretapping, consent, privacy, data protection, confidentiality, employment, education, examinations, and unfair or deceptive practices.
• You may not use Interview Fury to impersonate anyone or misrepresent who is answering, and you may not use it in an examination, assessment, certification or other setting where AI assistance or outside aid is prohibited or must be declared. This mirrors our Acceptable Use Policy.
• If your use of Interview Fury breaks any of the above and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs, to the extent the law allows.

Payments

• Sessions are sold per interview at the price shown at checkout (₹499 per session at the time of writing), processed by Razorpay.
• A free trial session is available once per account.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as we improve the product.

Limitation of liability

Interview Fury is provided "as is". AI-generated suggestions can be wrong or incomplete — always use your own judgement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.
