How does white-labelling work?
Your institute gets one account, branded with your name and logo, plus a private entry link (yourname → interviewfury.com/go/…). Your team and your students see your brand on the sign-in page and the dashboard — not ours. Optionally, we serve the whole app from your own subdomain (e.g. interviews.yourinstitute.com): you point one DNS record at us and TLS certificates are issued automatically.
How do our students get sessions?
Students never sign up for anything. Your institute holds one account: your placement team signs in, starts a session for whoever is interviewing, and hands that student the session link. The student runs their interview on their own laptop — no account, no card, nothing to buy. Sessions are covered by your subscription, one after another, for as many interviews as your batches need.
What exactly does a student get in a session?
A live AI coach during a real or mock interview: every question the interviewer asks is transcribed in real time, and a strong tailored answer — built from the student's resume and the job description — appears on a private window only the student can see. Afterwards they can download the full transcript as a PDF for review with a trainer.
Can our trainers watch the interview live?
Yes, and this is where institutes get the most value. Your trainer opens the coach link in their own browser — never joining the student's call — and sees the live transcript of every question while hearing the call audio. They can type a hint at any moment and it appears instantly on the student's private window. One trainer can shadow a mock round without ever interrupting it.
Can we see how our students are using it?
Yes. Every session runs under your institute account, so we can report how many interviews were run, when, and for which students your team named at setup — a simple report after each drive.
How many students can go live at once?
By default your account runs one interview at a time, which suits scheduled interview slots and mock rounds. If you need several students interviewing simultaneously during a placement drive, that needs a quick setup on our side — tell us the batch size and dates in advance and we plan it with you. Live AI coaching is compute-heavy, so that planning is part of the deal, not an extra.
What happens to our students' data?
Transcripts and resumes belong to the student and can be deleted at any time — deletion erases the transcript from our servers rather than hiding it. We never train AI models on interviews, never sell data, and never read sessions except to investigate a fault you report or suspected abuse. Everything travels over HTTPS/TLS; data is not separately encrypted at rest, which we state plainly on our Trust & Security page rather than implying protection we have not built.
How long does setup take?
Same day, usually within a few hours. Send us your institute name and a logo file; we brand the account, mint your private entry link, and send you the login. A custom domain adds one DNS record on your side and issues certificates automatically after that.
